Project Goal Summary
This project will get the green community working with local restaurants. Volunteers will pick up restaurants green waste and recycling it by turning it into compost for our neighboring community gardens and organic farms. We also would like to get local organic farmers connected with neighboring breweries to collect their leftover/waste grain. The grain could be used to feed the farmers livestock. This will cut cost for both the breweries and the farmers while eliminating waste.
