Project Goal Summary
At UNH we care LOVE our mascot the wildcat!

We are organizing a short campaign around the impact of climate change on our mascot. ξ
Step 1 was to raise awareness of the issue via an opinion piece in a regional newspaper:ξ
Step 2 was a call to action, calling on the UNH student body to join us for a rally:
Press Release: "Our School Spirit is Endangered!"
Step 3 create a booming presence in social media (starting 2 days before our event)
University's official instagram and twitter (example)
Our own social media (example)
Facebook event: #SaveTheWildcats! UNH Rally!
Step 4 our next step! Hosting a Pep Rally! (media, students & community invited)
Trivia about wildcats and climate change, with sustainable candy for prizes!
Postcards to sign for President Obama and Secratary Kerry on carbon emissions
Posing for pictures with our mascots holding signs: #SaveGnarlz #SaveWildECat
Speach from a wildcat specialist: Eric Orff
Speach from the president of our Pep Squad: Peter Wilkinson
Corn Hole & Frisbee games to play with the mascots to enjoy the nice weather!

Step 4 will be Friday April 11th from 12-2 on the Lawn next to our dining hall!
