The goal of this program is to improve the awareness and literacy of high school students, regarding the environmental health and justice of their local communities, and empowering them to develop the leadership skills needed to become the next generation of community environmental leaders.

- general student knowledge and achievement;
- environmental literacy related to environmental challenges facing students’ own communities; and
- civic engagement and social justice leadership skills-building related to undertaking pollution reduction projects in the students’ own communities.
