Hello, my name is Braiyan Martinez, my leadership interests and goals are to receive my NWF Certification by doing this project with my teammates. We decided to create birdhouses out of upcycled materials and place them around the school campus. A lesson that I've learned from this project is to be closer to my teammates to create better relationships and have effective communication to further strengthen our group and how we manage our time in doing our project. In the end, we improved on our teamwork which wasn't very strong when we first started our project, and this helped us improve ourselves. The animal that represents my spirit is the sloth because sometimes I get lazy and tired at times and at times slow.
