Our goal is to minimize the waste of fresh produce and repurpose it into nutrients for plants at our campus. We started by alerting our peers of the issue and encouraging them to bring their fruit and vegetable scraps to our team. With our social media platform, we were able to spread awareness and share our ideas and goals.
